The paradox of doing less
My girlfriend dragged me on a holiday I was sure would ruin my workflow.
She’s a teacher with a set schedule, and her school holiday was coming up.
Me? I honestly didn’t think I needed a break. The thought of stepping away in the middle of October felt unproductive.
But, to my surprise, it wasn’t so bad. In fact, it was the opposite.
There’s something powerful about breaking your routine. We saw new places, I got some sun, read some books, and I finally had some downtime to come up with new ideas.
I came back to my desk this morning with more energy than last week, ready to finish the year strong.

This is the core of what I teach here.
